The goal of Team Coaching is to transition from a group of people who are working independently to a highly collaborative team focused on broader organizational goals.
An expert coach can facilitate this process boosting productivity and performance.

Approach
I have conducted many successful team coaching engagements. Often, executives I work with lead teams that can benefit from my coaching experience. I act as a facilitator, assessing the current situation:
- What is the team dynamic?
- How do people engage, challenge, and establi”sh priorities?
- What is the future state the team would like to create?
- How will each member change to get there?
- How does the team define the Team Charter that will guide the What and How you work together?

Engagements include a series of off-site team meetings (quarterly) and individual conversations with the sponsor and key stakeholders. Assessments may be included for additional insight.
