Why certification matters
By choosing to work with a certified executive coach, you are taking an important step toward achieving a positive, productive outcome. Certified coaches have demonstrated competence in the skillsets required by the certification program and have committed to adhering to the highest standards of ethical practice.
I earned my coaching certification from The Hudson Institute of Coaching, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program training coaches for more than 30 years.
I have attained the Professional Certified Coach level via the International Coaching Federation (ICF). ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Additionally, we adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching clients.
I hold certification from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. The Stakeholder Centered Coaching® process includes a much stronger emphasis on follow up, implementation and reinforcement by involving a much wider network of people in a disciplined way than traditional coaching. The Stakeholder Centered Coaching process delivers real value through the implementation of change that is sustained, recognized, and acknowledged by stakeholders in the workplace.
