Executive Coaching Can Make You a More Effective Leader
C-suite executives, senior level executives and high-potential leaders benefit by working with an experienced external coach. Clients come to me because they want to learn and grow, and I help them through that process. The core of our engagement is the coach and client relationship – one that has both rapport and trust.
People, relationships, and business fascinate me. I’ve witnessed a range of business situations, engaged in many interpersonal relationships, and learned positive approaches for managing tricky situations. Drawing on my extensive business and leadership experience, I partner with clients to help them become more self-aware, deepen their curiosity and learning skills, and to build more effective relationships.
The process starts with a deep dive of the client – where have they been, where are they today, and where do they want to go. I conduct a leadership interview to explore their values, interests, motivations, and major accomplishments. What challenges help define them? What do they care about outside of work? How are they perceived by their peers and other leaders?
What is Your Situation?
Clients often come directly to me to partner with them on their leadership journey, or through a Company Sponsor Team, made up of a Manager and an HR Partner, that is hoping to develop a leader and looking for an external coach to navigate this process. My experience and approach are recognized by Sponsor Teams as providing the right process for the client and the accountability and updates they need to measure progress.
